摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定新月蕨中Triphyllin A和Eruberin B的含量。方法:采用Kromasil 100-5 C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温30℃;流动相:甲醇-水,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:225 nm。结果:Triphyllin A在0.23~4.60μg(r=0.999 95),Eruberin B在0.12~2.40μg(r=0.999 85)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.66%、101.05%,RSD分别为1.57%、1.41%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于测定新月蕨中Triphyllin A和Eruberin B的含量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of tfiphyllin A and eruberin B in Abacopteris as- pera (presl) Ching. Method: The separation was performed on a Kromasil 100-5 ClS (250 mm x 4.6 ram, 5 m) column with metha- nol-water as the mobile phase with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml min -1 , the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm and the column temperature was set at 30~C. Result: The linear range of triphyllin A and eruberin B was 0.23-4.6 txg( r = 0. 999 95 ) and 0.12-2.4 ~g( r = 0. 999 85 ), respectively. The average recovery was 100.66% and 101.05% with RSD of 1.57% and 1.4t% ( n = 6), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and could be used in the quantitative determination of triphyllin A and eruberin B in A. s aspera.
