侵袭性真菌感染案例药学会诊分析

摘 要 目的： 探讨临床药师在治疗侵袭性真菌感染患者中的作用。方法: 分析5例典型侵袭性真菌感染案例，根据患者的病原菌、感染部位及严重程度，优化调整感染治疗方案并评估疗效。结果: 临床药师结合患者个体情况及抗真菌药物的特点积极参与诊治过程，提出安全、有效、经济的用药建议，取得了良好的治疗效果。结论: 临床药师通过药学会诊参与侵袭性真菌感染的治疗，使危重患者转危为安，在临床医疗工作中发挥了不可替代的作用。

Analysis of Pharmaceutical Consultation on Invasive Fungal Infection Cases

ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the anti infection treatment of patients with invasive fungal infection.Methods: Five cases of typical invasive fungal infection were chosen. The treatment schedules were optimized according to their different infection site, pathogenic bacteria and infection degree, and the curative effects were evaluated. Results: According to the condition of the patients and the characteristics of antifungal drugs, clinical pharmacists actively participated in the diagnosis and treatment process for the invasive fungal infection, and provided safe, reasonable, effective and economical medication regimen. Good results were achieved.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can participate in the treatment of invasive fungal infection through pharmaceutical consultation to bring the patients through, and their role is irreplaceable in clinics.
