| 摘 要： | 目的:考察接骨木总苷片的制剂工艺.方法:通过对吸湿性、颗粒外观、崩解时间、脆碎度、休止角的考察,确定接骨木总苷片的制剂工艺,同时进行了3批工艺验证试验.结果:确定了接骨木总苷片的制剂工艺.结论:该制剂工艺处方设计合理,工艺稳定.

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the preparation technology of Jiegumu glycosides tablets. Method:The preparation technology of Jiegumu glycosides tablets was optimized using granule appearance, hygroscopicity, disintegration time, friability and angle of repose as the indices, and three batches of the tablets were prepared. Result:The preparation technology of Jiegumu glycosides tablets was obtained. Conclusion:The design is reasonable and the technology is stable. |
