丹香冠心注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症60例疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨丹香冠心注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法将110例患儿随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(50例),两组均行常规治疗,治疗组加用丹香冠心注射液2~3mL/(kg.d)溶入10%GS50~100mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用5~7d。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为76.7%、95.0%;对照组显效率、总有效率分别为54.0%、86.0%,两组比较有统计意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后血清总胆红素第1d下降值、日平均下降值、降至80μmol/L以下时间比较有统计意义(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论丹香冠心注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效明显,药源充足、价廉,值得推广。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Danxiang Guanxin injection to treat the newborn with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 110 patients were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group (n=60) were treated by intravenous drip with Danxiang Guanxin injection. The control group (n=50) were on the same basic conditions as the treatment group, and observed the effect of reducing the serum total bilirubin. Results 76.7 % were shown to be improved significantly in the treatment group, 95.0 % were shown to be improved slightly. 54.0 % were shown to be improved significantly in the control group , 86.0 % were shown to be improved slightly. There was significant difference in the effects between the two groups(P<0.01).There was also significant difference in the degression of serum total bilirubin between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion This study clearly conforms that it is an effective method to treat newborn with hyperbilirubinemia with Danxiang Guanxin injection, and no adverse effect been observed.
