点穴对痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪腓肠肌肌张力影响的临床观察

目的:通过点穴对痉挛型小儿脑瘫胫骨前肌、腓肠肌肌张力影响的临床观察,为进一步规范和扩大其在治疗脑瘫患儿临床应用提供更确切的依据.方法:60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为2组,每组各30例.对照组采用中西医结合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加点穴治疗.结果:经过3月治疗,2组患儿的踝背屈角度快角、下肢痉挛程度分级、主动背屈踝关节时的胫骨前肌和腓肠肌积分肌电图iEMG比较,差异均有统计意义 (P＜0.05或P＜0.001).结论:点穴疗法可以作为小儿脑瘫康复中的一项重要辅助治疗方法,表面肌电图可以作为小儿脑瘫康复疗效的一项重要评价方法.
