| 摘 要： | 目的:探索在大专三年制医学专科学校培训并应用学生问诊标准化病人(SSP)的可行性和实效性.方法:在临床专业大二医学生中遴选并进行中医儿科问诊SSP的培训.将中医专业的学生随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组用SSP进行问诊技能学习,对照组采用病例讨论法进行问诊技能学习.SSP再用于实验组和对照组的问诊技能的考试中.结果:2组问诊技能、问诊内容及病历书写成绩比较,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01),实验组成绩优于对照组;对实验组教师问诊临床技能考试评分和SSP评分的相关性检验,呈高度相关.结论:SSP的应用能在有限的学制内,有效地提高学生的问诊临床技能.SSP培训模式和应用值得在三年制医学类学校的技能教学中推广运用.
