肿瘤特异性生长因子联合检测对消化道肿瘤的诊断价值

目的：评价肿交谈标志物肿瘤特异性生长因子（ＴＳＧＦ）、血清糖抗原１９－９（ＣＡ１９－９）、血清糖抗原１２５（ＣＡ１２５）对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值，以及联合检测的临床意义。方法：受检者包括消化道肿瘤患者１０２例，其中肝癌３１例，胃癌２７例，食管癌１６例，结直肠癌１７例，胰腺癌１１例。消化系良性疾病患者５７例，其中肝硬化２３例，良性非肝病３４例。健康查体２０例。联合检测ＴＳＧＦ、ＣＡ１９－９、ＣＡ１

Combined Detection of Serum Tumor Specific Growth Factors in Diagnosis of Digestive Neoplasms

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of tumor specific growth factor(TSGF), serum carbohyrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9),and CA 125 in diagnosing digestive neoplasms. Methods:TSGF,CA19-9 and CA125 were simultaneously detected in 31 liver cancer patients,27 gastric carcinoma,16 esophageal carcinoma,17 colorectal carcinoma,11 pancreatic carcino ma,23 hepatic cirrhosis,34 benign non-liver disease,and 20 healthy persons. Results:TSGF,CA19-9,and CA125 in digestive neoplasm group were significantly higher than that in hepatic cirrhosis (except TSGF), non-liver disease and healthy group(P<0.01). The diagnostic sensitivity of TSGF,CA19-9,and CA125 in digestive neoplasm was 69.6% ,58.8% ,and 53.9% respectively,and the sensitivity with combined detection was 92.2% . Conclusion:Serum TSGF,CA19-9,CA125 are better markers for diagnosis of digestive neoplasm with better results from combined detection.
