开窍通络针刺联合小续命汤加减用于脑卒中恢复期疗效观察

目的探讨开窍通络针刺联合小续命汤加减用于脑卒中恢复期的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的脑卒中恢复期患者82例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各41例。两组患者均予常规治疗,并予开窍通络针刺,试验组患者加用小续命汤加减治疗。两组均治疗30 d,随访1个月。结果试验组总有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表及纤维蛋白原水平、血沉和血浆黏度均显著低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer评定量表和改良Barthel指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论开窍通络针刺联合小续命汤加减能改善脑卒中恢复期患者的神经功能和肢体运动功能,提高其日常生活能力,改善血液动力学。

Clinical Efficacy of Kaiqiao Tongluo Acupuncture Combined with Modified Xiaoxuming Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Stroke During the Convalescence Period

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kaiqiao Tongluo acupuncture combined with modified Xiaoxuming Decoction in the treatment of patients with stroke during the convalescence period.Methods A total of 82 patients with stroke during the convalescence period admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given routine treatment and Kaiqiao Tongluo acupuncture,on this basis,the patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Xiaoxuming Decoction.Both groups were treated for 30 d and followed up for one month.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 78.05%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),fibrinogen(FIB)level,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and plasma viscosity in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the FuglMeyer rating scale and modified Barthel index in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Kaiqiao Tongluo acupuncture combined with modified Xiaoxuming Decoction in the treatment of patients with stroke during the convalescence period can improve the neurological function,limb motor function,the ability of daily living and hemodynamics.
