| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药复方对慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效。方法通过查阅相关资料，总结了慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期和稳定期的病机、中医证候及中药复方的应用，介绍了慢性阻塞性肺病的现代病理研究及临床用药情况。结果中药复方结合西医常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺痛，具有疗效确切、治疗时间缩短、副作用小等特点。结论中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the Chinese herbal compound＇s efficacy for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）, Methods To summarize the pathogenesis and syndrome of TCM in acute exacerbation and table stage of COPD. To study the application of the Chinese herbal compounds for treating COPD. To introduce the modern pathological research and the situation of clinical application of medicines, Results Based on the western routine treatment, Treating COPD with Chinese herbal compound has many good characteristics, such as owning an obvious curative effect,decreasing the treatment time,less side effects. Conclusion Treating COPD with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine deserves the clinical expansion. |
