冰-矾散耳道施药治疗急性化脓性中耳炎80例

目的 观察中医验方冰-矾散治疗急性化脓性中耳炎（脓耳）临床疗效.方法 对117例患者分别采用冰-矾散（治疗组）与复方氧氟沙星滴耳液（对照组）治疗,并进行临床观察.结果 治疗（80例）临床有效率为91.25%,细菌清除率81.40%;对照组（37例）临床有效率为86.49%,细菌清除率为78.85%.两组疗效均明显,但对重症患者的疗效有极显著性差异（P＜0.01）.结论 中医验方冰-矾散协同抗生素,以外耳道施药治疗急性化脓性中耳炎,能提高疗效、缩短疗程.

80 Cases of Otitis Media Suppurativa Treated with Bingfansan by Auditory Canal Administration

Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of the proved recipe Bingfansan for otitis media suppurativa.Methods To randomly divide 117 cases of otitis media suppurativa into the Bingfansan group and the control group of compound ofloxacin ear drops,then make the clinical comparison and observation.Results The effective rate and the bacteria elimination rate for 80 cases of otitis media suppurativa treated with Bingfansan were 91.25% and 81.40% respectively.For 37 cases of the control group,the effective rate and the bacteria elimination rate were 86.49% and 78.85% respectively.Both groups showed obvious treatment effects.However,the effective rate of Bingfansan and control for severe cases of otitis media suppurativa were 62.5% and 45.95% with very significant difference(P < 0.05),which showed that Bingfansan had better treatment effect,shorter treatment course and more easiness than the compound ofloxacin ear drops.Conclusion The proved recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Bingfansan combined with antibiotics by external acoustic canal administration can improve the treatment effect and shorten the treatment duration for otitis media suppurativa so that it can be clinically used more extensively.
