我院2006—2008年抗菌药物利用分析

目的分析医院抗菌药物的应用状况及趋势,促进临床合理用药。方法对2006—2008年抗菌药物的应用品种、用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计、分析。结果抗菌药物的用药金额占全部药品总销售金额的比例逐年上升;抗真菌药的使用率增长迅速;DDDs排序与用药金额排序比值表明大多数药物同步性较好;头孢菌素类使用率偏高。结论医院抗菌药物的应用总体上比较合理,但也存在一些问题,应加强对抗真菌及头孢菌素类药物的应用管理。

Utilization Analysis of Antibacterials from 2006 to 2008 in Our Hospital

Objective To review and evaluate the status and tendency of antibacterials,and to improve the drug rational use in the hospital.Methods The data on antibacterials use in the hospital from 2006 to 2008 were collected and analyzed,including the varieties of antibacterials,drug consumption amount and DDDs.Results The ratio of antibacterials amount in our hospital grew steadily,while the use of antifungal agents increased greatly from 2006 to 2008.The ranking of DDDs and the consumption amount of drugs indicated that most of drugs synchronized well.The amount of cephalosporins was the highest in all antibacterials.Conclusion The utilization of antibacterials in our hospital is rational in general,but we should pay more attention to application management of antifungal agents and cephalosporins.
