摘    要:目的建立西洋参、人参中有机氯农药残留量的快速检测方法。方法用石油醚连续提取样品,采用DM-1701毛细管柱进行气相色谱测定,以外标法计算含量。结果农药六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)9个异构体均能有效分离,9个异构体在1~200μg/L质量浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r在0.9908~1.0000之间,农药残留量与药典法检测结果相符。结论该法能快速、准确、有效地测定西洋参、人参的有机氯农药残留量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a model to test the organoehlorine pesticide residues in Radix Panaeis Quinquefolii and Radix Ginseng rapidly. Methods The samples were extracted continuously with petroleum ether and measured by gas chromatography. The amount was calculated by external standard method. Results The 9 isomers of benzene hexaehloride(BHC), diehlor-diphenyl-triehloroethane(DDT) and pentaehloronitrobenzene(PCNB)were separated effectively. Their peak areas showed the good linear correlation with one another within the concentration range of 1- 200 μg/L. The correlation coefficients were between 0. 990 8 and 1. 000 0. The total amount of residues of BHC, DDT and PCNB tested in Radix Panaeis Quinquefolii and Radix Ginseng aeeorded with the results of Chinese Pharmacopeia method. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and effective to test the organoehlorine pesticide residues in Radix Panaeis Quinquefolii and Radix Ginseng.
