| 摘 要： | 目的建立散瘀续骨贴的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法,为控制其产品质量提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别法对散瘀续骨贴中的徐长卿、桉油、肿节风、草乌进行定性鉴别。结果徐长卿、桉油、肿节风、草乌特征斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为散瘀续骨贴的质量标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a TLC identification method of Sanyu Xugu Patch in order to provide the basis for the quality control of this product. Methods Cynanchum paniculatum, Eucalyptus globulus, Sarcandra glabra and Aconitum kusnezoffii in Sanyu Xugu Patch were identified by TLC. Results The chromatographic spots of these medicinal materials were clear with good separation degree without negative interference. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as the quality standard for Sanyu Xugu Patch. |
