| 摘 要： | 目的完善仁丹的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对木香、肉桂、广藿香、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用气相色谱法对薄荷脑和冰片进行含量测定。结果在薄层色谱中可检出木香、肉桂、广藿香、甘草的特点性斑点。在气相色谱中,薄荷脑进样量线性范围是0.021 64～1.082 0μg(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD=1.8%(n=6);龙脑进样量线性范围是0.009 936～0.496 8μg(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为97.1%,RSD=1.6%(n=6);异龙脑进样量线性范围是0.004 156～0.415 6μg(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为101.3%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论该方法可靠、准确,能有效地控制仁丹的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the quality standard for Rendan.Methods TLC was used to qualitatively differentiate material medicines.GC was used to measure the content of mentholu and borneolum.Results Radix Aucklandiae,Cortex Cinnamomi,Herba Pogostemonis,glycyrrhiza could be differentiated qualitatively by TLC.The content of mentholu and borneolum was determined by GC.The linear range of mentholu was 0.021 64-1.082 0 μg（r=0.999 5）,the average recovery was 97.8%.The linear range of（＋）-borneol was 0.009 936-0.496 8 μg（r=0.999 6）,the average recovery was 97.1%.The linear range of（-）-borneol was 0.004 156-0.415 6 μg（r=0.999 5）,the average recovery was 101.3%.Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable and accurate for the quality control of Rendan. |
