摘    要:目的应用高效液相色谱法测定中药材火把花中不同部位表儿茶素的含量。方法采用Diamonsil-TM C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.63%冰醋酸溶液-甲醇-乙腈(82.5∶2∶15.5),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。表儿茶素在进样量0.304~3.04μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 96);平均加样回收率为98.54%,RSD=0.58%(n=6)。结论火把花药材不同部位表儿茶素的含量差异为根〉茎〉皮〉叶,可为火把花药材的选材、质量评价与控制以及进一步开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of epicatechin in different parts of Huobahua medicinal materials. Methods Mobile phase was 0.63% acetic acid-methanol-acetonitrile(82.5∶2∶15.5);flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;UV detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The epicatechin was linear within the range of 0.304-3.04 μg(r = 0.999 96),and the average recovery rate was 98.54%,with the RSD of 0.58%(n = 6).Conclusion The results showed that there was a significant differentiation in the contents of epicatechin in the above Huobahua samples described in this article and the content is the roots was the highest in the samples.The paper provides the quality control and evaluation of epicatechin for the selection of medicinal materials,which gives some new references for farther research of the epicatechin.
