| 摘 要： | 目的建立清肺合剂的苦杏仁苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为Eclipse XDB C18柱，流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸（20：80），检测波长为210nm,柱温30℃。结果苦杏仁苷进样量在0．106～4．26μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为99．51％，RSD为0．66％（n=6）。结论所用方法可靠、简单可行，为控制清肺合剂的质量提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of amygdalin in Qinfei Mixture. Methods Eclipse XDB C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （20：80）.The detection wavelength was at 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Amygdalin showed the good linear relationship in the range of 0. 106 - 4. 26 μg, the average recovery rate was 99.51% and RSD was 0. 66% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is accurate and convenient. It provides the scientific method for the quality control of Qingfei Mixture. |
