我院217份药品不良反应报告分析

目的 了解医院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的规律及特点.方法 收集医院2010年至2011年上报的ADR报告217例,按患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药品类别、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计、分析.结果 上报的217例ADR中,抗微生物药物占63.59％,中药制剂占16.13％;静脉给药引发的ADR例数最多,占84.79％,累及器官以皮肤及其附件损害最多,占45.62％.结论 临床应重视ADR的监管和上报工作,规范临床合理用药,保证患者用药安全.

217 Cases Report of ADR in Our Hospital

Objective To understand the rule and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） in our hospita1.Methods Two hundred and seventeen cases report of ADR admitted to our hospital from 2010 to 2011 were statistically analyzed in the aspects of patient＇s age and sex,administration routes,drug catagories,involved organs or systems,and the clinical manifestations.Results Among 217 cases of ADR,anti-infective drugs accounted for 63.59％,the traditional Chinese medicine preparations accounted for 16.13％.The case number ADR induced by intravenous administration was the most（84.79％）,45.62％ manifested as the lesions of skin and its appendants.Conclusion The reporting and monitoring works of ADR should be attached importance in clinic,the clinical rational drug use shoule be standardized and the patient＇s medication safety should be enswred.
