酮咯酸氨丁三醇超前镇痛用于无痛胃镜的可行性观察简

目的观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇超前镇痛应用于无痛胃镜检查的效果。方法选择无痛胃镜检查患者120例，随机分为两组，各60例。A组为观察组，术前30rain肌肉注射酮咯酸氨丁三醇60mg；B组为对照组，术前未用任何镇痛药。记录两组患者术前、术中、术后的血压（SBP）、心率（HR）和血氧饱和度（SpOz）的变化，以及术毕清醒时间、丙泊酚总用量、术中不适等情况。结果SBP和HR的波动B组大于A组，B组丙泊酚总用量及术中不适发生例数均多于A组（P〈0．05）。结论酮咯酸氨丁三醇超前镇痛用于无痛胃镜检查效果满意，可降低术中不适，减少丙泊酚用量，缩短苏醒时间，值得临床推广。

Feasibility Observation on Ketorolac Tromethamine Preemptive Analgesia Applied in Painless Gastroscopy

Objective To observe the effect of ketorolac tromethamine preemptive analgesia applied in painless gastroscopy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with painless gastroscopy were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The observation group（A） was intramescularly injected by ketorolac tromethamine 60mg at preoperative 30 min, while the control group（B） did not use any analgesics before operation. The changes of SBP, HR and SpO2 pre-operation, intra-operation and post-op- eration, awakening time after operation end, total amount of propofol, intraoperative discomfort were recorded in the two groups. Results The fluctuations of SBP and HR in the group B were greater than those in the group A, the total amount of propofol and the case number of intraoperative discomfort in the group B were more than those in the group A（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ketorolac tromethamine preemptive analgesia applied in painless gastroscopy has satisfactory effect, which can reduce the occurrence rate of intraoperative dis- comfort, decrease the dose of propofol, shorten the awakening time and is worthy of clinical promotion.
