摘    要:目的优选清咽滋阴胶囊的最佳提取工艺条件。方法选取对提取物收率影响较大的提取次数、提取时间、加水量为考察因素,以盐酸小檗碱含量为考察指标进行正交试验。结果优选工艺为提取3次,第1次提取2h,加9倍量水,浸泡1h;第2次、3次加6倍量水,分别提取1.5h和1h。结论优选工艺节省时间,节约能源,可应用于生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best extraction process conditions of Qingyan Ziyin Capsules. Methods The extracting frequency, extraction time and adding water amount which greatly affecting the yield rate were selected as the investigation factors and the orthogonal test was conducted with the berberine hydrochloride content as the investigation index. Results The optimal extraction process was to extract for 3 times, the first time was to extract for 2 h, adding 9 times amount of water and soaking for 1 h; at the second time and the third time, adding 6 times amount of water, extrating for 1.5 h and 1 h respectively. Conclusion The optimized extraction process cansave time and energy, it can be applied in the industrial production.
