| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院药品应用情况,以预测和评估临床用药趋势。方法对2009年每月出库金额由高到低排序,重点监测抗菌药物和中成药两大类药物。结果 2009年出库金额前5位分别是抗感染药物、循环系统用药、中成药、消化系统用药、维生素与矿物质类药物;抗感染药物每月排名均在前10位的有6个品种,青霉素类占主要部分,哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠出库金额名列前茅;中成药每月排名均在前20位的有12个品种,用于心脑血管系统的有9个品种;部分品种每月出库金额波动较大,个别品种存在不合理使用问题。结论合理使用抗菌药物和中药注射剂是医院药品管理的重要内容。
