冰片对川芎嗪血药浓度和在脑中分布的影响

目的：探讨冰片对川芎嗪血药浓度和在脑中分布的影响。方法：经股静脉单用或复合冰片给予大鼠川芎嗪10mg／kg，采用高效液相色谱法测定不同时间的血浆和脑组织中川芎嗪药物浓度。结果：川芎嗪复合冰片后，血浆药物浓度发生明显变化，在所观察的时间里，血浆药物浓度比单用川芎嗪低；但川芎嗪复合冰片后能提高川芎嗪在脑组织中的含量。结论：冰片可促进川芎嗪在脑中的分布，川芎嗪复合冰片治疗脑血管疾病时临床显效可能更快。

Effects of Borneol on Concentration of Tetramethylpyrazine in Blood and Distribution in Brain of Rat

Objective:To explore the effects of borneol on concentration of tetramethylpyrazine in blood and distribution in brain of rat.Methods:Rat was treated with 10 mg/kg of tetramethylpyrazine alone or accompanied by borneol via femoeal vena,2.5,5,10,20,40,60,90,120 min after application of tetramethylpyrazine,the samples of blood and hippocampus,brain stem,cerebral cortex,cerebellum were obtained.HPLC was employed for the determination of tetramethylpyrazine in rat plasma and brain tissue.Results:Borneol decreased the concentration of tetramethylpyrazine in plasma,but increased that in brain tissue,especially in hippocampus of rat.Conclusion:Borneol promotes the distribution of tetramethylpyrazine from blood to the tissue,which suggest that the application of tetramethylpyrazine accompanied by borneol might be more effective in clinic.
