紫外分光光度法测定α-细辛脑明胶微球的含量

摘    要:目的测定α-细辛脑明胶微球的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法在313nm波长下测定α-细辛脑的含量,空白对照组几乎无影响。结果α-细辛脑溶液质量浓度在0.0064~0.032g/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,C=0.0291A-0.0002,R2=0.9993;平均回收率为100.24%,RSD=1.74%(n=9)。结论紫外分光光度法简单、快速、准确,适用于α-细辛脑明胶微球的质量评价。

Abstract:Objective To determine the α-asarone content in α-Asarone Gelatin Microspheres.Methods To determine α-asarone at 313 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The blank control had little interference.Results The concentration of α-asarone presented the linearity within the range of 0.006 4-0.032 g /L,C = 0.029 1 A-0.000 2,R^2 = 0.999 3.The average recovery rate was 100.24%,RSD = 1.74%(n = 9).Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be suitable for the quality evaluation of α-Asarone Gelatin Microspheres.
