摘    要:目的建立测定复方替硝唑溶液中醋酸氯己定含量的方法。方法采用系数倍率法,检测波长为254nm和317nm。结果醋酸氯己定检测质量浓度在7.99—15.98μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.08%,RSD=0.45%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确可靠,操作简便,稳定性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a determination method of chlorhexidine acetate in Compound Tinidazole Solution. Methods With the wavelength of 254 nm and 317 nm as the determinable points, the signal multiplier method was used. Results The linear response ranges were 7. 99 - 15. 98 μg/mL( r = 0. 999 8) for chlorhexidine acetate. The average recovery rate was 100. 08%, RSD = 0. 45% ( n = 6). Conclusion The mothod is accurate, reliable convenient and stable. It can be used for quality control of the preparation.
