米非司酮联合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取宫内节育器45例

目的：观察米非司酮联合米索前列醇提高绝经后妇女取宫内节育器成功率的效果。方法绝经后取器妇女90例按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组服用倍美力，观察组服用米非司酮和米索前列醇。比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、宫颈损伤及取环情况。结果观察组一次性取环成功率为88.89%，明显高于对照组的57.78%（ P ﹤0.05）。观察组手术时间、出血量及宫颈损伤发生率均明显低于对照组（ P ﹤0.05）。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇能明显提高绝经后妇女一次性取环成功率，缩短手术时间，减少出血量和宫颈损伤，值得临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol for Increasing Success Rate of IUD Removal in Postmenopausal Women

Objective To investigate mifepristone combined with misoprostol for increasing the success rate of the intrauterine device （IUD） removal in postmenopausal women. Methods 90 postmenopausal women of IUD removal were randomly divided into the observa-tion group and the control group according to the sequence of admission, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given Pre-marin, while the observation group was given mifepristone and misoprostol. The operation time, bleeding volume, cervical injury and IUD removal situation were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of once IUD removal in the observation group was 88. 89% , which was significantly higher than 57. 78% in the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. The operation time, bleeding volume and the oc-currence rate of cervical injury in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol can obviously increase the success rate of once IUD removal in postmenopausal women, shorten the operation time, reduce bleeding volume, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
