| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)老年患者的药学监护。方法结合相关文献、现有诊疗方案及共识中的新冠肺炎治疗药物,梳理新冠肺炎老年患者治疗中的药学监护要点。结果新冠肺炎老年患者的药学监护,应严格把握老年患者的适应证,规避不良药物相互作用,预防不良反应,个体化确定及调整剂量,密切监测相关指标,加强营养支持,预防应激性疾病的发生。结论应开展规范的临床药学监护,从而有助于改善新冠肺炎老年患者的临床治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pharmaceutical care of elderly patients with the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Combined with relevant literature and existing drugs for treating the COVID-19 from the diagnosis and treatment plan and consensus issued,the main points of clinical pharmaceutical care in elderly patients with the COVID-19 were summarized.Results The pharmaceutical care of the elderly patients with the COVID-19 should strictly control the elderly patients’indications,avoid adverse drug interactions,prevent adverse drug reactions,determine drug dose individually,timely evaluate clinical test indicators,enhance nutrition support,and prevent the occurrence of stress diseases.Conclusion Carrying out normative clinical pharmaceutical care is conducive to improving the clinical cure rate in elderly patients with the COVID-19. |
