住院药房药品调剂管理系统的开发与应用

目的促进信息化住院药房的建设。方法对比新旧住院药房药品调剂管理系统(简称调剂系统)应用前后1个月的流程,护理模块的改变及药师模块的优化,护士排药时间、取药等候时间、药师调配时间、调剂差错率等与医疗质量的差异。结果新调剂系统提高了护士排药效率,缩短了取药等候时间,提高了药房工作效率和准确率,调剂差错率明显下降。结论新调剂管理系统的应用提高了工作效率和管理效能,提升了药房药学服务的质量和水平。

Development and Application of the Inpatient Pharmacy Drug Dispensing Management System

Objective To promote the construction of information-based inpatient pharmacy. Methods The process of 1 month before and after the application of the drug dispensing management system in the old and new inpatient pharmacies,the change of the nursing module and the optimization of the pharmacist module,as well as the differences in medical quality such as the nurses’ dispensing time,the waiting time for the medication,the pharmacists’ dispensing time,and the dispensing error rate were compared. Results The new dispensing system improved the efficiency of nurses’ dispensing,shortened the waiting time for taking medications,improved the efficiency and accuracy of the pharmacy,and significantly reduced the error rate of dispensing. Conclusion By implementing the drug dispensing management system,the work efficiency and management efficiency are improved,and the quality and level of pharmaceutical service in pharmacy is further improved.
