丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇酶影响的研究

摘    要:目的:观察丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇酶含量的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组和丁苯酞治疗组,测定患者治疗前后血清神经元特异性烯醇酶含量以及神经功能缺损评分,观察其临床疗效。结果:经丁苯酞治疗后第11天,患者血清神经元特异性烯醇酶含量为(11.73±3.72)ng/ml,神经功能缺损评分为(13.25±3.27)。与对照组比较,治疗组血清神经元特异性烯醇酶含量明显降低(P〈0.05),临床神经功能缺损程度评分亦明显减低(P〈0.05)。结论:血清NSE水平较好地反映了急性脑梗死的脑损伤程度。丁苯酞治疗可有效降低急性脑梗死患者血清NSE含量和神经功能缺损评分,促进临床神经功能的恢复。

Effect of NBP on Serum Neuron-specific Enolase in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of NBP on serum NSE in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and group of NBP treatment. Before and after therapy,the level of serum NSE was determined and clinical efficacy was observed. Results:After therapy in group of NBP, the levels of serum NSE were (11. 73±3. 72)ng/ml and the total scores of clinical neurological deficits were (13.25±3.27). Compared with control group,the level of serum NSE was significantly lower (P〈0.05),the clinical efficacy was significantly better (P〈0.05). Conclusion :The NSE level preferably reflects the cerebral damnification degree of acute cerebral infarction. NBP may decrease the level of serum NSE and improve the clinical neurologic deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
