| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨PDCA循环在医院感染管理中的应用。方法利用PDCA循环法制定医院的感染管理计划，检查标准并组织实施。结果从2010年10月1日全院实施PDCA循环法后，医院的环境卫生学监测结果明显好转，与未实施PDCA循环法时期相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 PDCA循环法是一种程序化和标准化的管理方式，可使医院的感染管理工作事半功倍。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of PDCA cycle in hospital infection management .Methods Used the PDCA cycle method to develop the hospital′s infection control plan ,spection standards and implementation .Results From the October 1,2010 the PDCA cycle method implemented in the hospital ,hospital environmental hygiene monitoring re-sults significantly improved ,compared with the period before the PDCA cycle method implemented ,the difference was statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion PDCA loop method is a procedural and standardized management ,this method can make the hospital infection control multiplier . |
