氟达拉滨联合环磷酰胺治疗慢性淋巴细胞白血病疗效观察

目的观察氟达拉滨联合环磷酰胺治疗慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)的疗效和安全性。方法将CLL患者24例随机分为治疗组和对照组各12例。治疗组予以氟达拉滨联合环磷酰胺方案治疗,对照组予以CHOP方案化疗。比较2组总有效率及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05);2组合并感染率、中性粒细胞减少发生率、血小板减少发生率及持续时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟达拉滨联合环磷酰胺组治疗CLL具有完全缓解率及总有效率高、不良反应轻等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of fludarabine combined with cyclophosphamide in chronic lymphocytic leukemia

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of fludarabine combined with cyclophosphamide in chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL).Methods 24 cases of patients diagnosed CLL were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 12 cases.Treatment group was given fludarabine combined with cyclophosphamide.Control group was treated with CHOP regimens.Compared the total efficiency rate and adverse reactions of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(83.3%) was higher than that of control group(66.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combination infection rate,incidence of neutropenia,thrombocytopenia incidence and duration of two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The fludarabine combined with cyclophosphamide in CLL has a much better therapeutic effect and less toxic side effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
