二剂量浊度法测定红霉素软膏效价的方法验证

目的探讨测定红霉素软膏效价的方法。方法采用二剂量浊度法,以金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌,测定不同浓度下其吸收光度、回收率及可信限率以验证此法的可行性。结果抗生素浓度在0.40～0.97μg/ml的范围内成良好的线性关系;二剂量法测定红霉素软膏效价的平均回收率为99.7%（RSD=1.7%,n=9）;比浊法与管碟法所测得的效价结果基本一致,但此浊法的可信限率明显低于管碟法。结论本方法灵敏、快速,可作为测定红霉素软膏效价的方法。

Method verification in erythromycin ointment by Turbidimetry

Objective To establish a method for the determination of erythromycin ointment potency by turbidimetry.Methods The two-level assay was used for quantitative analysis with Staphylococcus aurecs as the test organism.At different concentrations,the absorption brightness,the rate of recovery and confidence limits were determined.Results Antibiotic concentration within the range 0.40~0.97μg/ml had a good linear relationship（r=0.9998）;The average recovery was 99.7%（RSD=1.7%,n=9）.Turbidimetry and control disc method measured results were basically the same potency,but this limits the credibility of Turbidity was significantly lower than control disc method.Conclusion The method is sensitive and prompt.It is suitable for the determination of content in erythromycin ointment.
