住院患者抗生素应用分析

目的分析该院住院患者抗生素应用情况。方法随机抽取该院住院并应用抗生素患者医嘱单共计800人次。分析疾病分布、抗生素联用及不合理用药情况。结果疾病分布依次为呼吸系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病、肿瘤与其他疾病;二联用药较多(51.1%);不合理用药占26.7%,其中以无指征或指征不明用药为主(51.2%)。结论该院住院患者抗生素应用存在不合理用药情况,应加强对抗生素应用的监管,保障患者用药合理、安全。

Application analysis of antibiotic in hospitalized patient

Objective To analyze the applacation situation of antibiotics in hospitalized patients. Methods A total of 800 cases hospitalized patients receving antibiotics treatment were randomly selected. Disease distribution, combining use of antibiotics and irrational drug use were analyzed. Results The distribution of diseases were respiratory system disease, cardio- vascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive system diseases, tumors and others, two drugs combination was more （51.5% ）, irrational drug use accounted for 26.7% , among using antibiotics with no indication or indications not strong was priority（51.2% ）. Conclusion Application of antibiotics in patients in our hospital exists unreasonable situation, the supervi- sion should be strenthened to guarantee the application of antibiotics reasonable and safety.
