影响异位妊娠药物保守治疗效果的相关因素分析

目的探讨影响异位妊娠药物保守治疗效果的相关因素。方法回顾性分析93例患者的临床资料,将保守治疗成功的72例作为成功组,保守治疗失败改行手术治疗的21例作为失败组。比较2组血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-hCG）、子宫内膜厚度、包块直径及直肠子宫陷凹积液深度等情况。结果成功组的血β-hCG值、子宫内膜厚度均低于失败组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组包块大小、直肠子宫陷凹积液深度方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论血β-hCG值越高、子宫内膜越厚,药物保守治疗异位妊娠的预后越差。

Analysis on the relative factors that influence the effect of conservative drug treatment for ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the relative factors that influence the effect of conservative drug treatment for ectopic pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 93 cases was analyzed retrospectively.We took 72 cases that were successful in conservative drug treatment as the successful group,while 21 cases that were changed to operation after failed in conservative drug treatment as the unsuccessful group.The situation of β-hCG,thickness of endometrium,diameter of mass and depth of collective fluid in excavatio rectouterina of 2 groups were compared.Results The value of β-hCG and thickness of endometrium of the successful group were respectively lower than those of the unsuccessful group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Talking about the size of mass and depth of collective fluid in excavatio rectouterina of 2 groups,the differences were of no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The higher of the value of β-hCG and thickness of endometrium,the worse of the prognosis of conservative drug treatment for ectopic pregnancy.
