| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析该院住院病历抗菌药物不合理使用情况。方法从2010年住院患者中随机抽取416例,对抗菌药物不合理使用情况进行统计、分析。结果所抽查病历中使用抗菌药物324份(77.9%),合格228份,不合格96份。不合理使用主要表现为选药、疗程、用法用量及联合用药不适宜、无适应证给药和溶媒使用不当等。结论该院住院患者的抗菌药物使用存在不合理情况,需严密监测抗菌药物的使用,加强质控力度,以保证临床用药的安全、有效、合理、经济。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the irrational use of antibacterial of inpatient.Methods 544 Cases of inpatients who used the antibiotics since 2010 were randomly selected in our hospital and were analyzed statistically in respect to the irrational use of antibiotics.Results 324 Cases （77.9%）contained antibacterial,among which,228 were qualified,but 96 were irrational,which manifested mainly as irrational drug selection,irrational cure time,unreasonably medicate,irrational dosage,inappropriate combination of drugs and irrational use of menstruum.Conclusion The irrational use of antibacterial of inpatient is existed,which needs supervise and control,to ensure the rational use of drugs. |
