摘    要:目的使用荨麻青霉(IFFI 04015,Penicillium urticae)对莪术醇进行微生物转化研究。方法采用一级发酵培养的方法对菌体进行发酵培养,并在此发酵培养液中对莪术醇进行微生物转化,通过硅胶柱色谱和制备型HPLC等方法从其发酵培养液中分离得到2个转化产物,利用光谱学方法对其进行结构鉴定。结果2个化合物的结构分别鉴定为3-α-羟基莪术醇(1)和11-R-12-羟基莪术醇(2)。结论化合物1为未见文献报道的新化合物,化合物2为首次通过该真菌对莪术醇生物转化得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the biotransformation of curcumol by Penicillium urticae.Methods The method of one-step fermentation was used to study the biotransformation of curcumol.Two metabolites were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the broth by column chromatography on silica gel and preparative HPLC and identified by spectral data.Results Their structures were elucidated as 3α-hydroxycurcumol(2)and 11R-12-hydroxycurcumol(3).Conclusions Compound 2 is a new compound,and compound 3 is obtained through biotransformation of curcumol by Penicillium urticae for the first time.
