山楂叶的化学成分

目的分离鉴定山楂叶的体积分数为60%的乙醇提取物中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和HPLC柱色谱方法分离化学成分,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析确定化合物的结构。结果从山楂叶中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:2α,3β,19α-三羟基熊果酸(1)、牡荆素(2)、2″-O-鼠李糖基牡荆素(3)、3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖槲皮素(4)、芦丁(5)、2,3-二氢-2-(4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-3′-甲氧基-苯基)-3-羟甲基-5-(3-羟基丙基)-7-甲氧基苯唑呋喃(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论其中化合物6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Chemical constituents of the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.

Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the 60 ℅ ethanol extrac of the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies. The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Results eight compounds were isolated from the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. and their structures were identified as 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyl ursolic acid (1), vitexin (2), 2”-O-rhamnosyl vitexin (3),3-O-β-D-galacopyanosyl quercetin (4), rutin (5),2,3-dihydro-2-(4’-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3’-methoxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-7-methoxybenzofuran(6),β-sitosterol (7),daucosterol(8), Conclusion Compound (6) is isolated from Crataegus pinnatifida Bge for the first time.
