摘    要:目的建立测定苦参中苦参碱含量的RP HPLC法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,Kro masilC18柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 水 三乙胺 (V∶V∶V =10 5 0 0∶95 0 0∶0 0 4 ) ,检测波长为 2 2 5nm ,柱温为室温。结果苦参碱质量浓度在 3 92~ 78 4mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好线性关系 ,r =0 9998(n =6 ) ;平均回收率为 97 2 % ,RSD为 2 1% (n =9)。结论测定方法准确、可靠 ,为苦参药材质量评价提供了可靠依据

Abstract:Objective To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of matrine in the Sophora flavescens Ait. in different areas.Methods A Kromasil C 18 column ( 250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a solvent system consisting of methanol-water-triethylamine (V∶V∶V=105.00∶95.00∶0.04) was used,and the detecting wavelength was set at 225 nm.The column temperature was room temperature.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 3.92~78.4 mg·L -1 with the correlation 0.999 8(n=6).The average recoveries of matrine was 97.2% with RSD being of 2.1%(n=9).Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,rapid,and is suitable for the quality control of the medicinal material.
