摘    要:目的对作者研究组多年来从补肾中药、药食两用药材及复方中寻找抗骨质疏松活性成分的研究结果进行总结,为进一步研究提供参考依据。方法应用成骨细胞、破骨细胞、PTH诱导的骨吸收培养系统筛选及活性追踪,应用动物体内实验确证活性部位。用各种化学手段分得活性成分,用细胞培养和E lisa的方法研究其作用机制。结果通过以上研究,得到了一系列抗骨质疏松活性成分,并为药食两用药材和临床验方的抗骨质疏松应用提供依据。

Abstract:Objective The research results on anti-osteoporosis chemical constituents and their mechanism from Chinese traditional medicines and formulas with tonifying the kidney were summarized, which was did by our group from some years. It should provide the references for the next research. Method Osteoblast, osteoclast and bone resorption system induced by PTH were used for activity screening and bioassay guiding fractionation. The active fraction was determined by in vivo experiment and then chemical constituents were isolated by a series of chemical methods. Finally, the mechanism of the active compounds was studied by cell culture and Elisa method. Result and Conclusion The many active constituents were obtained and the research results provided the evidences for clinical usage of food herbs and formulas.
