海金沙根的化学成分

摘    要:目的研究海金沙Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.]根的化学成分。方法海金沙的干燥根及根茎用体积分数为70%的乙醇回流提取,经过萃取后正丁醇层采用各种色谱技术进行分离,并结合理化性质,波谱学分析及文献对照鉴定化合物结构。结果从正丁醇层分离并鉴定5个化合物,分别鉴定为:苯甲酸(benzoic acid,1)、芹菜素(apigenin,2)、3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid4-O-(4′-O-methyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、罗汉松甾酮C(makisterone C,4)、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate,5]。结论化合物1、2、5均为首次从该科植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of the root of Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw. Method The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatography and identified by analysis of spectral data and comparison with literature. Results Five compounds were isolated from Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.)Sw.. The structures were indentified as benzoic acid (1), apigenin (2), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid 4-O-(4′-O-methyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), makisterone C (4), di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (5). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2 and 5 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
