益母草化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的分离、鉴定益母草(Leonurus heterophyllusSweet.)提取物中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、SephadexLH-20柱色谱法等分离,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等谱学技术确定其结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为薰衣草叶苷(lavandulifolioside,1)、芦丁(rutin,2)、苯甲酸(benzoic acid,3)、邻羟基苯甲酸(salicylic acid,4)、丁香酸(syringic acid,5)、腺苷(adenosine,6)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,7)。结论其中化合物3、4、6为首次从益母草属中分离得到,1、2、5为首次从本种植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To separate and identify the compounds from the aeeial parts of Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column and their structures were identified by the NMR. Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as lavandulifolioside (1), rutin (2), benzoic acid (3), salicylic acid (4), syringic acid (5), adenosine(6), stigmasterol(7). Conclusions Compounds 3, 4 and 6 are isolated from Leonurus genus for the first time,Compounds 1, 2 and 5 are isolated from Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet. for the first time.
