摘    要:目的建立RP-HPLC双波长同时测定酸枣仁汤中5种成分含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Kro-masil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-体积分数为1%的冰乙酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长:λ1=275 nm和λ2=340 nm,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃。结果芒果苷、斯皮诺素、甘草苷、阿魏酸和洋川芎内酯I质量浓度分别在12.54~200.64、11.14~178.24、19.12~305.92、6.04~96.64、8.60~137.60 mg.L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率为95.1%~103.4%。结论该方法可作为酸枣仁汤的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of five constituents in Suanzaoren Decotion under double-wave length. Methods The Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used; acetonitrile and 1%(φ) glacial acetic acid solution were used as mobile phase for the gradient elution at the wavelength of 275 nm and 340 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results The method was developed with good linearities over the range of 12.54-200.64 mg·L-1, 11.14-178.24 mg·L-1, 19.12-305.92 mg·L-1, 6.04-96.64 mg·L-1, 8.6-137.6 mg·L-1 of mangiferin, spinosin, liquiritin, ferulic acid and senkyunolide I, respectively. And the average recoveries of the five constituents were between 95.1%-103.4%. Conclusions The established method is sensitive, convenient and reliable. It can be used for the determination of five constituents in Suanzaoren Decotion, and provide a reference for the quality control of Suanzaoren Decotion.
