摘    要:目的对维药恰玛古的生药学特征进行研究,为进一步研究和利用恰玛古奠定基础。方法对恰玛古原植物进行性状鉴别和显微鉴别。结果根的次生构造较发达,茎中维管束为外韧型,叶中有分泌腔存在。粉末中有较多方晶散在,气孔为不等式。结论本研究结果为该药的鉴别、质量标准制定及开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish pharmacognositic methods on the whole plant of Uygur Medicine Brassica rapa L.,and to lay the foundation for the further research and utilization of the plant. Methods The plant was identified by methods of characteristics and microscopic identification. Results The secondary structure of root was developed, and the vascular bundles in stems was toughening type.There exsisted secretory cavity in leaves.With various crystal scattered in the powder, the type of stoma was inequality. Conclusion The methods can be used for identification of Brassica rapa L., and provide the reference for the development and utilization of resources of this crude drug.
