| 摘 要： | 通过正交设计选择最佳比色条件，以芦丁为对照品，建立了比色法测定淫羊藿胶囊中总黄酮含量的方法．样品经７０％乙醇超声萃取后，平均回收率为９７４％（ｎ＝６），线性范围为０２～１０ｍｇ／ｍＬ，相对标准偏差（ＲＳＤ％）为２３％．

| Abstract: | A colorimetric method for the determination of the total content of flavonoids in Epimedium capsules was established in this paper.The best colorimetric conditions were obtained through orthogonal layout.The mean recovery rate was 97 4%( n =6).The precision was 2 3%( n =3). |
