| 摘 要： | 本文分析阐述了现代医院药学工作的目标和特征，针对以往医院药学功能定位、岗位设置、人力资源配备、科研与工作重点等方面存在的偏差，分析了现代医院药学工作中药品保障、药学技术服务、药学信息管理、科研教学等几个方面的特点，强调了细化岗位、落实考核制度的重要性以及临床药师和其他岗位适用人才的培养和使用等，以期从医院药学工作组织和管理者的角度，与同行一起探讨新世纪医院药学工作的发展。

| Abstract: | This article expounded and analyzed the aims and characteristics of modern hospital pharmacy services. It pointed out the existed deviation in function definition, post setting, deployment of labor resource, scientific research and focal points of the work. The authors expressed the points of modern hospital pharmacy in medicine delivering, pharmacy service, pharmaceutical information management, scientific research and education etc., importance and necessity of job segmentation, rules and regulations and professional training and evaluation were emphasized. |
