中药饮片调剂自动化研究进展

目的：研究中药饮片调剂自动化进展，为开展中药饮片药房自动化建设提供参考。方法：回顾中药饮片药房自动化的实践进展，梳理当下多种中药饮片调剂自动化模式，探讨其应用优势和发展方向。结果与结论：中药饮片调剂自动化的发展有半个多世纪的历史，当下中药饮片形式多样，由此也发展出多种中药饮片药房自动化的模式。饮片调剂与煎药中心相结合是目前业内方兴未艾的新业态，将来或可成为中药饮片药房自动化的主流模式。配方颗粒虽然无法取代传统饮片，但是受国家相关政策的影响，也有可能在中药饮片药房自动化的过程中扮演主要角色。借助信息化技术的发展，中药饮片药房自动化建立了高效的调剂模式，符合当下医疗服务的需求。

Research Progress on Automation of Processed Chinese Medicinal Dispensing

Objective: To study the progress of dispensing automation of processed Chinese medicinal and to provide references for the automation construction of processed Chinese medicinal pharmacy. Methods: The practice progress of the automation of processed Chinese medicinal pharmacy was reviewed, several kinds of automatic dispensing modes of processed Chinese medicinal at this stage were sorted out, and its application advantages and development direction were discussed. Results and Conclusion: The history of the development of automatic dispensing of processed Chinese medicinal is over half a century. At present, the forms of processed Chinese medicinal are various, and the multiple forms of the automation of processed Chinese medicinal pharmacy have been developed. The combination of processed Chinese medicinal dispensing and decocting center is a new business form that is in the ascendant in the industry at present. In the future, it may become the main mode of automation of processed Chinese medicinal dispensing. And although the formula granules cannot replace the traditional processed Chinese medicinal, it may also play a major role in the automation of processed Chinese medicinal pharmacy due to the influence of relevant national policies. With the development of information technology, the automation of processed Chinese medicinal pharmacy established an effi cient dispensing mode, and it conforms to current demand for medical services.
