| 摘 要： | 目的 从制度经济学的角度分析我国基本药物可及性障碍,为消除这些障碍提供一定的指导.方法 运用制度经济学理论分析我国基本药物可及性障碍的原因.结果与结论 招标、生产、流通以及使用等环节都在一定程度上影响着基本药物的可及性,应针对性地采取措施,保障消费者对基本药物的可及.

| Abstract: | Objective From the perspective of institutional-economic analyze the barriers to essential drugs,so as to provide some guidance to eliminate these barriers.Methods Using the institutional-economic theory,the reasons of barriers of essential drugs accessibility were analyze.Results and Conclusion Tender areas,production processes,circulation and using affect the accessibility of essential drugs to some extent,so different measures should be taken to overcome these barriers to improve the accessibility of essential drugs. |
