实验动物中绿脓杆菌检测能力验证的结果与分析

摘    要:目的:对全国实验动物质量检测实验室进行绿脓杆菌检测能力的验证。方法由 CNAS组织,中国食品药品检定研究院负责协调及实施,向全国参与本次能力验证的实验动物质量检测单位分发“实验动物粪便中绿脓杆菌检测”样品,并在规定的时限内反馈检测结果及报告。结果本次能力验证共有全国20个实验动物质检实验室参加,收到反馈结果和报告共19份。结果满意的实验室有16个,占80%;结果不满意的实验室有4个,占20%。结论国内实验动物质检单位整体具备可靠的绿脓杆菌检测能力,并进一步促进了参与实验室对实验动物病原菌检测能力的提高。

Abstract:Objective To verify the detection capability of the domestic quality testing institute of laboratory animals for Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods This proficiency testing was organized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS),coordinated and implemented by National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC)who provided the samples of"animal feces with Pseudomonas aeruginosa"for the participant test institutes. Afterwards, these institutes must submit feedback results and reports within the prescribed time limit.Results There were a total of 20 participant institutes of laboratory animal quality testing,1 9 of which submitted testing results and reports.Among them 16 got satisfactory results,while 4 got unsatisfactory results,accounting for 80% and 20%respectively.Conclusion The domestic laboratory animals test institutes had a reliable quality detection capability of Pseudomonasaeruginosa.The pathogen detection capabilities of these institutes were further improved through this proficiency testing.
