新医改形势下医疗机构药事组织管理体系的创新设计及其药事服务费的科学量化

目的设计一套全新的药事组织管理体系,从权力与职责角度确保医疗机构合理用药,实现药物治疗的健康利益最大化和损害、成本最小化的最终目标。方法分析现行医疗机构药事管理组织体系存在的问题,提出新型医疗机构药事管理组织体系模型和构建方法。结果与结论建立一套新型的医疗机构药事组织管理体系,完善医疗技术服务团队构成,让药师能真正参与到临床药物治疗过程中去,和医师、护师共同为临床用药结果承担责任,形成医师和药师之间相互协同与制约的关系,从而建立合理用药的良性医疗机构药事管理机制,确保临床药物治疗的＂安全、有效、经济和适当＂。
