| 摘 要： | 目的观察芪茸保健酒补肾壮阳生精的作用。方法 (1)采用正常大鼠交配试验和大鼠阴茎勃起功能试验,判断其补肾壮阳功效;(2)观察正常雄性大鼠附睾精子存活率和精子密度,检测其生精作用。结果 (1)芪茸保健酒明显缩短大鼠捕捉潜伏期和射精潜伏期,提高捕捉次数和射精次数(P<0.05、0.01),显著减少大鼠勃起潜伏期(P<0.05),延长勃起持续时间(P<0.05);(2)芪茸保健酒可显著增加附睾精子数(P<0.05),提高精子存活率(P<0.01)。结论芪茸保健酒具有补肾壮阳生精的功效。
