苦黄凝胶剂对霉菌性感染大鼠保护作用的实验研究

目的　观察苦黄凝胶剂对实验性大鼠混合感染阴道炎的保护作用。方法　将Wistar雌性大鼠建立白色念珠菌、阴道滴虫和大肠杆菌的混合感染阴道炎模型,随机分为苦黄凝胶剂高剂量组、低剂量组、阳性药物对照组及空白基质对照组,每组 10只大鼠,采用阴道给药,每日 1次,连续 6d。以病原体的转阴率和阴道粘膜炎症的病变程度等为观察指标。结果　苦黄凝胶剂对病原体转阴率和炎性病变程度都有明显影响。结论　苦黄凝胶剂对混合感染阴道炎有显著的保护作用

Study on protecting effects of Kuhuang Gel on mycotic infection vaginitis in rats

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects o f Kuhuang Gel on vaginitis.Methods After the model of vaginitis infected with C.albicans,T.vaginalis and B.coli was established in female W istar rats.The animals were randomized into four groups with 10 rats in each g ro ups.The drug was vaginally administered daily for 6 days.Both the negative r ate of pathogens and the healing rate of the inflammatory vaginal mucosa were cr iteria in the observation.Results There were obvious effects for Kuhuang Gel on the negative rate of pathogens and the healing rate of the inflammatory vaginal mucosa.Conlusion Kuhuang Gel can exert therapeutic effects on vaginitis infected with severa l kinds of bacteria.
