我院4种中药注射剂不良反应分析

目的分析我院中药注射剂不良反应发生情况和诱发因素,探讨不良反应发生特点和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集本院2007²012年上报国家药品不良反应监测中心的4种中药注射剂50例ADR报告,从患者的年龄、性别、家族史、既往史、所用药品名称、所涉及的器官及系统、临床表现、不良反应关联性评价等方面进行分析。结果 50例中药注射剂不良反应中,男19例(38%)、女31(62%),生脉注射液不良反应较多(19例,38%),累及系统最多的为皮肤及附件(27例,54%),主要表现为皮疹,其次是过敏样反应。结论中药注射剂不良反应诱发因素较多,用药过程中应注意密切监测。

Analysis of four traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse drug reactions/events in our hospital

Objective To analyze the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital to provide a reference for the rational use. Methods Collected the 4 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections of 50 cases of ADR reports in 2007 -2012 that reported to national center for ADR monitoring, China, from the patient＇s age, gender, family histo- ry ,medical history ,drug name ,organs and systems involved ,clinical manifestations ,manual records ,evaluation of adverse reac- tions associated with other aspects of the analysis. Results 50 cases of Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions, 19 males （38%）and 31 women（62%） ,Shengmai Injection adverse reactions 19 cases（ 38% ） ,systems Division and subsidiary organs of the skin up to 27 cases involving（54%） ,mainly as rash. Conclusion There were so many factors cased Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions that we should pay much attention to monitor during the Course of medication.
